Children’s Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 1, 2026
We take children’s privacy seriously. Child assessments are parent/guardian-led, collect minimal data, and child data is never used for analytics, advertising, or AI training.
Parent/guardian required
Child assessments require a parent, legal guardian, or authorized caregiver account. We do not allow standalone child accounts, and a guardian must confirm their role before a child assessment can begin.
Minimal data collection
We collect only what’s needed for the educational report — no more. We do not request unnecessary personal details about a child.
No public child data
Child profiles are never public. There are no public child profiles, no messaging between children and adults, and child data is never displayed publicly.
Guardian controls
Guardians can view, download, or permanently delete a child profile and its report at any time. AI interactions for child profiles require guardian approval.
School-support wording
Any school-support suggestions are framed as helpful, strengths-first, and non-diagnostic — observations to discuss with educators and clinicians, never labels or placements.
Your rights
To download or delete a child’s data, use the Privacy Center or the Data Deletion Request, or contact support. We honor deletion requests promptly.
