Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using NeuroMirror™ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time — continued use constitutes acceptance.
1. Description of Service
NeuroMirror is an educational self-reflection and personal-growth application. It provides assessments, reports, journaling tools, and a symbolic self-discovery experience. The Service is for informational and educational purposes only.
2. Not Medical or Clinical Advice
NeuroMirror is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any health condition. Results and reports are educational pattern-awareness tools, not clinical assessments. If you have concerns about autism, ADHD, OCD, anxiety, depression, child development, or any mental or physical health condition, consult a licensed clinician. Reliance on any information provided by NeuroMirror in place of professional advice is solely at your own risk.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, or have verifiable parental or guardian consent, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements. Users under 13 may only use Family Mode profiles supervised by a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms on their behalf.
4. User Accounts
An account is not required to use most features. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to access other users' data; (c) submit false or misleading information; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer the Service; (e) use the Service to harass, harm, or deceive others; (f) use automated tools to scrape or extract data without permission.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for annual plans; monthly plans are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. To cancel, go to Account Settings → Billing.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, software, and trademarks on the Service are the property of NeuroMirror and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission. Your personal data and journal entries remain your property.
8. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create within the Service (journal entries, assessments, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store this content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit opt-in consent.
9. Symbolic and Educational Content Disclaimer
Certain sections of the Service (Birth Chart, Soul Patterns, Cosmic Blueprint, Name Frequencies) contain symbolic, reflective, and spiritual content intended for self-exploration only. This content is not medical advice, psychological diagnosis, religious doctrine, historical proof, or literal identity confirmation. Treat it as symbolic insight, not absolute fact.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuroMirror and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
